"Mystery Reader" Fridays:
Kindergarten students do not know who the mystery reader is until they come to class. The reader is always a family member or a friend of one of the students. Thank you to Christine for being today's reader! #stakeholdersupport #communityconnections
Physical Science:
Students have been studying the history of the periodic table and its trends. Today's lab had students piece together a table of trendy people. Patterns and trends mimicked properties of elements. Like good scientists, they shared research to solve the puzzle.
These students are taking a new-to-PCS class offered by Mr. Burge through our Ag Dept: Food Science & Safety. There were three articles that appeared in the recent edition of the local paper related to food science and safety, so today they are reading and discussing the news.
