Fourteen teams competed at today’s ESU 16 District High School Quiz Bowl Tournament in N. Platte. The Plainsmen went 6-2, finished as the District Runner-Up and qualified for the All-Class State Quiz Bowl Tournament!

Yesterday’s guest speaker was Jayson Bishop, GM at Midwest Electric. He visited with students about Midwest’s cooperative business structure.

Students used clay to create mugs. After glazing and firing the mugs, students had the opportunity to test them out with a little juice and soda.
